Day 0
Choose your tier and sign up
Select Insight, Guided, or Interpretation based on how deeply you want to engage with your practice data. Complete set up form.

Day 1-3
Connect your data sources
We support Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, QB, QB Online and others. The connection takes under 30 minutes and requires minimal IT support. This is the most critical step — nothing else in the platform works until your data is live.

Day 3–6
Data mapping and metric population
Get up and running. After connecting, your data imports automatically and your settings are configured to match your practice — just answer a few questions about your accounts, insurance contracts, and team, and you're ready to go.

Day 7–12
Platform finalization
When your platform is ready, you'll get the word — from our team or your trusted advisor. From there, explore your data, test the tools, and set up your first notifications. Then pick one lever to pull and start building toward a more profitable practice.
